Notice to Patients During the COVID-19 Outbreak
With the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, is is our upmost priority to protect the health and safety of our patents and staff members. We are taking the outbreak very seriously. To help prevent the spread of the virus, we are screening all of our patients, staff members and visitors. If you have experienced any flu like symptoms, or have had any symptoms of a respiratory infection within the past 14 days, or have had contact with anyone that has traveled to the affected geographic areas, or with someone who is infected, we kindly request that we reschedule your appointment. We want to ensure we re taking precautions to keep you safe and our office free of the virus.
